We are a professional team passionate for recruitment, constantly searching for innovation and delivering value through technology. We know the different problems recruiters have to live with on a day to day basis, and we converted them into solutions that offer the best experience, for recruiters as for candidates.

Collokio was created by identifying a way to accelerate the candidate’s initial “screening” process where our recruitment team were investing about 40 minutes per phone screen. Through On Demand interviews, that time reduced to 8 min on average. We also delivered a better and innovative experience to all candidates. From then we started creating more technological solutions that offered the best experience to all using video.

We started sharing this solution to other companies and HR departments having massive recruitment processes. Having the best reaction upon it we decided to share the solution to everyone who needed it in México and Latinamerica. Understanding that this was a great opportunity to grow the industry using technology as the main vehicle but allining also the cost of it to our market.
